Please read this before you use Egret to move a real robot.
Egret is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. You use it at your own risk.
Egret is not a safety device and is not certified to any functional-safety standard. It does not replace your robot's built-in safety systems, its physical emergency stop, or proper risk assessment of your cell. The in-software emergency-stop command and the floor and collision checks are conveniences, not guaranteed safeguards, and must never be relied on as your only means of stopping the robot.
You are solely responsible for operating your robot safely and lawfully, including:
Code and G-code that Egret generates, and any motion it commands over the live bridge, may contain errors or behave differently from the on-screen simulation. Simulation is an aid, not a guarantee of real-world behaviour. Always verify output and motion yourself before and during a run.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MarshRabbit Robotics shall not be liable for any injury, death, property damage, downtime, lost profits, or any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or related to the use of, or inability to use, Egret, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
