Privacy Policy

What we collect, who processes it, and your choices.

Short version: we collect only what we need to sell you a licence, deliver it, and keep it working. We do not sell your data.

What we collect

  • Purchase details, when you buy: your email and the payment information you give Stripe. Card numbers are handled by Stripe; we never see or store them.
  • Licence data, to activate and protect your licence: your licence key and a hardware fingerprint of the machine(s) you activate on. Egret checks this with our licence server so a key works on your machines and can be revoked if abused.
  • Website data, basic server logs such as IP address and pages viewed, to keep the site running and understand traffic.

Who processes it

We use a small set of trusted providers, only to run the service:

  • Stripe, for payments.
  • Resend, to send your licence and receipt emails.
  • Cloudflare, to serve and protect the website.

We do not sell or rent your personal data to anyone.

Cookies

The site uses little to no cookies. Tutorial videos are embedded through YouTube's privacy mode (youtube-nocookie), which does not set tracking cookies until you press play.

Keeping and deleting data

We keep purchase and licence records while your licence is active and as needed for accounting. You can ask to see or delete your personal data at any time; email support@marshrabbitrobotics.com and we will take care of it, subject to records we must keep by law.
