We want you buying Egret because it works for you, not because you feel stuck with it.
You can evaluate Egret completely before paying: full simulation is free forever, and a paid licence adds a 30-day live-control trial. So you can confirm Egret fits your robot and your workflow both before and after you buy.
If you buy a licence and it is not working out, email us within 14 days of purchase and we will refund it. No hoops. We would rather have a happy pass than an unhappy sale.
Email support@marshrabbitrobotics.com from the address you bought with, and include your order or licence details. Refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe, usually within a few business days.
Past 14 days we generally do not refund, since you have had the free tier and the trial to evaluate. If something we shipped is genuinely broken, though, tell us and we will make it right, refund or fix.
Free educational, student, and complimentary licences carry no charge and so are not refundable.
